Has anyone used LifeCycle Management with CR XI R2. Does it work fine or gives some compatibility issue.

LifeCycle Management comes with BOXI R3.1 SP3

LifeCycle Management (LCM) is built on the same engine as the Import Wizard.  It sees files and the data inside the repository - it doesn't care what version of CR was used to create a specific .rpt file.  If your XI R2 reports are working in your BOE 3.1 environment (and they should be...), then LCM will handle it with no problems.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Its correct i am using CRXI R2 but am not working in boxi BOE 3.1 environment.

There are different teams involved in different project ,there are few project team they have CR 2008 with sp3 patch and are planning to install the lifecycle management on the boxi server.

Would i still be able to use , though i am not sure how as mine is separate enterprise built on some other server.
Learning can be fun.

LCM is specifically for BusinessObjects.  It's not designed to be used outside of that environment - it works with reports that have been published to BOE.
