Is it possible to make part of your text bold but not all of it?
ie:
if not isnull {(table.one)} then
"Chapter 1:" Chr(13)
"Here is a tale of a ......etc"
Make Chapter 1 bold but not the rest?

change the formula to use HTML...
if not(isnull ({table.one})) then
'<b> Chapter 1: </b> <BR>Here is a tale of a ......etc '
then right click on the field
select Format Field
select Paragraph tab
Change Text Interpretation to "HTML Text"
Or Use a text field and drrag and drop fields (or formula fields) into it and you can change each item using teh usual formating tools
