Crystal Reports XI Release 2

Oracle DB: Oracle 10g

Issue

Section: Details

I want to create a formula which depending on the detail line properties, a different subreport hyperlink appears.

I know how to do this with text, ie:

IF (({XXGL_DISTRIBUTION_DETAIL_V.JE_SOURCE_NAME} = 'Payables') = TRUE)
    THEN
        'CONDITION MET'
    ELSE
        'CONDITION FAILED'

I need to replace those string's with subreports which already exist in the main report.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I finally found a way to do it--works, so far:

Instead of creating a formula to perform this task, go to 'Formatting Formulas' --> Find Subreport -> Right-Click On It -> Create New Formatting Formula --> Select Suppress ->

Put the following code inside:

IF (({XXGL_DISTRIBUTION_DETAIL_V.JE_SOURCE_NAME} <> 'Payables') =  TRUE)
THEN
    1=1
