Hello

I´m making a report who shows products in details.
When a new page starts I need to show: subtotal transferede from previous page.

I do this with a fixed number, when the count of products = 10, start a new page and show the details a section (who is before the products, details b)

How can i do this automacally without a previous fixed number?

you can have a counter that is reset every page, so when the counter hits a predetermined number the new page is displayed.

You can use the same counter to display the alternate detail section (suppress if numbervar = 1)

It sounds like you already have 90% + of the coding/logic in place

formula place in page header
shared numbervar iCount := 0;
""  //hides the 0

formula in details:
shared numbervar iCount;

iCount := iCount + 1;

in Section Expert:
for detail A: Suppress:
iCount <> 1

in SectionExpert:
For DetailB: New Page Before:
iCount > 10

that should do it...or again provide a path.

ahahahahuhauhauhau
I founded a way to do that with a simple formula.

I created a new section bellow page header and moved the text "subtotal from previous......." in this section.

Supressed this new section and in the formula inserted: pagenumber <=1

Now in the first page the text "subtotal from previous..." is supressed, in another pages he is don´t supressed and my report work fine =].

Thanks people.
