I have two command objects in my report. One command object is used to load data in tabular report.The other command object data is used to populate chart.
 
The data in tabular report is shown correctly if only command1 is included in report.If command2 is also included in report(to load chart), then data in report gets replicated(its basically the cartesian product of two commands).There is no link between command 1 and command2.

I am guessing that the CR is making the cartesian product as you have 2 tables and there is no explicit relationship between them, so just as in SQL, you get the cartesian product.
 
You could get around this by having the main report call a subreport which is either the table or the chart.  Each report has its own data and they don't cross, so you won't get the replication.
