I have created a dynamic list of values( prompt) and it's working fine. What I need to do is add 'All' to the list of values so what the user can run for all departments.
I don't have any write access to the database. So it has to be done thru Crystal. Is there any way that I can add 'All' value to the department list of values that's coming from the database.

I am new to Crystal but have used ORacle Reports in the past and i used to achieve this by doing a union

Select dept_name from dept
union
Select 'ALL' from dual
ORDER BY 1
Thanks

If this is a dynamic value than the simpliest way is to go by range, if it's a dept than use 2 dynamic field going from 0 to 999.
Not sure if this is what you're looking for.

Could you please tell me where, possibly I could add that union statement?
