Hi,

I am trying to create a report of customers enrolled in 2009 and 2010. Need to know how many were enrolled in 2009 and 2010 respectively.

For eg,

Customer Name Year 2009      Year 2010

xxx                 4              3
yyy                 0              5   
zzz                 0              0

I only have the full dates for eg 01/01/2009 in the Accesssion date field for each customer.
Please advice.

use a cross tab
for the columns use your date field and set it in the group optons for 'Each year'
