Would be grateful for tip on how to supress text subject to condition of variable.
e.g. I do not want to print a label such as "Fax." if there is no Fax number.

right click on the text field
select the formula box for suppress and enter your condition there
isnull(table.fax)

The variable is a parameter rather than from a table.

Have just tested on a variable that is from a table.
Also did not work.
If I just tick the supress box, it suppresses but if I enter isnull() with the variable the text still prints?
