I have a list of charges in one field.

For each charge, a new item is added in our records system.

How can I get the information for each item in that record to show up?  Currently its only showing the first record.

For instance, we have a field that has offense codes in it.  Everytime you add another charge, it lists it below.

If we have the following items in a list then only the first one shows up.

1.  Possession of Marajuana
2.  Possession of Firearm
3.  Resist Arrest

How can I get all three of those to show?

Thanks for your help,

What I am not understanding is your DB set up or table structure. Do you have a table that stores multiple rows, one per charge, and you are only getting the most recent.
Or do you have a single row that keeps adding instances into a columns?

so it all goes into one column/field as a comma seperated value, somehting like this:
12, 14,88, 32

or it goes into it's own unique column for a maximum number of columns in the table?

i think im confusing myself.

Rows are added so that it looks like
Item 1             Charge                     Date
1                      Poss of Marajuana    09/13/10
2                     Posses of Firearm      09/13/10
3                     Resist Arrest              09/13/10

I am not sure where your disconnect is at that is only showing the first row.

Are you using multiple tables?
If yes what type of joins?
Are you using a select statement?
Are you doing grouping or suppressions?
