I created a formula field which is supposed to disply 1 or 0 based on a formula below:
 
If isnull({IP_FLWSHT_MEAS.MEAS_VALUE}) then
    NumberVar flag = 0 else NumberVar flag = 1;
 
On teh report its displaying 'False' for teh formula field. any ideas why? I was expecting to see 1 or 0.
