Hi guys

new to crystal and the forum, hope you can help me out!

Apologies for the useless subject title...

I have:

COLUMN A - Computer ID
COLUMN B - Software Package
COLUMN C - time spent per session on software

I want column C to be a sum of all the values instead of a list of all individual values - currently it would look like this:

a     b           c
1     excel      40
1     excel      80
2     word      45
2     word      50

This is how I would want to see it:

a     b           c
1     excel      100
2     word      95

If it was in excel i would just use a pivot table but the excel output is close to half a gig!

Thanks for any help offered, hopefully there is enough detail here.
