Hi expert,
 
I have  350 list of suppliers but when the parameters prompt to select the range of suppliers, it only shows from supplier stasting with 1 and end until supplier starting with I.
Suppose to be i must see all the list of my supplier from 1 -Z supplier.
 
i tried either static and dynamic, but still the result still the same.
 
 
Can you please help me on this?

Please be advise that I am using V11 developer edition.
and i do not have LOV folder under: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 11.0\Crystal Reports\DatabaseOptions
 
can you please help on how to solve this?

Not sure. I have not had this problem but have read a number of posts which always are resolved by fixing the registry.
Anyone else?

I would create the LOV folder and add the suggested registry key to it to see if that works. Even though you are on a different version, it is very likely that your version still does that check behind the scenes. The worse case is that your version ignores it and you go back and delete. But I would bet there is a very good chance that this fixes it.

Hi There.
 
Can you please advise who to create the folder DatabaseOptions\LOV?
My version is 11.0.0.1282 developers edition.
 
I have tried to create under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 11.0\Crystal Reports but i can not create  new folder <DatabaseOption\LOV>.
 
When i click "New", options are:
Key
String Value
Binary Value
DWORD value
Multi-String Value
Expandable String Value
 
Above are only for value but not for new folder.
 
Please advise further on how to create the above folder.
