How do i convert Time to Decimals.  for example 8.00-4.30 is coming up as 8.30 as opposed to 8.5hours, thanks

Assuming the formula to subtract the time is called {@Time}, try something like this:

truncate({@Time}) + (({@Time} - truncate({@Time}))/60)
