I am creating covers for documents that are used in another tool.

The crystal only get the information this tool and put in the cover created.

The problem when I am executing this archive in crystal between the section "Details" and "Page Footer" exists a section "Report Footer" and it cuts parts of the content of the section Page Footer.

I don´t use this section "Report Footer" but it inserts many lines in white.

I´d like to know what is the procedure to delete or this section not to be used?

The space created by the section Report Footer is still showing up when I run the file (report .rpt) made in crystal.
In Report Footer is able the options:

Free-Form Placement
Supress (No Drill-Down)
New Page Before
Keep Together
Suppress Blank Section
Underlay Following Sections

I don´t get to put the image here. If you have a e-mail I can send you.

Thank you.

Sorry, can't accept files.
are you sure it is the report footer. Thsi should only be on the last page of the report.
It sounds like extra detail rows that are appearing.
In the preview mode in crystal designer you should be able to see the section label on the left that is the area you do not want.

Are you using a sub report in the main report?

also uncheck "New page before" in the report footer unless you always want an extra page at the end of the report

the structure is as follows by section (in order):

Report Header - Nothing

Page Header - contain Picture and Text Box where is written "Bussiness Continuity Test - Date"

Details - Text Box and in front there is a Field that is responsible for search information in database. Exemplo: Plan 1.2.5.5 - Configuration a Switch

Report Footer - Nothing (here is the problem) - print many lines in white

Pag Footer - contain a box with many text box that are used duration the test and must be filled by the analyst with pencil (considering that document was printed.

Do you understand of the above explanation?

Are there other way to do it?

The document is a simple archive to create covers where the informations are obtained in other software (LDRPS).

does this one report create multiple pages for multiple cover pages for different 'databases' (1 db per detail section)?

this report creates one page per every cover and use only database. The database is configured in menu: Database - Visual Linking Expert.

I´d like to know if there is a way to delete the section Report Footer or the configuration this section don´t print the lines in white.

the section cannot be deleted, only suppressed
I do not think it is your problem because you are describing the issue to appear on every page not just the last page, correct?

I think it is the detail section repeating.
Try and mark the detail section to 'suppress blank section'

This same problem occurs on every page and not only in the last choice.

Tthe setting was already set previously informed, then the problem isn´t solved.

Follow above how every section are configured:

Report Header - Enable FREE-FORM PLACEMENT, HIDE (DRILL-DROWN OK),
SUPPRESS (NO DRILL-DROWN) and KEEP TOGETHER

Page Header - Enable only FREE-FORM PLACEMENT

Details - Enable FREE-FORM PLACEMENT and SUPPRESS BLANK SECTION

Page Footer -  Enable FREE-FORM PLACEMENT and RESERVE MINIMUM
                       PAGE FOOTER

Report Footer -  Enable FREE-FORM PLACEMENT, HIDE (DRILL-DROWN OK),
                          SUPPRESS (NO DRILL-DROWN), KEEP TOGETHER,
SUPPRESS BLANK SECTION and UNDERLAY FOLLOWING
                          SECTIONS

If I use or no the option suppressed the report is being created is equal, why?
