Hi I am using Crystal Report server 11 R1 and when reports are run, they create temp version in the temp reports directory like normal and also create the tmp files too.
Question: What tmp file goes with what rpt in the temp directory?
What controls how long an rpt stays in the temp directory? We have some that are in there for days and some that are gone in 20 minutes.

There is no way of knowing which temp file goes with which report.
Crystal is not always really good about cleaning up after itself, especially when reports don't complete loading data. I just go to the temp folder periodically and delete everything that has a file date earlier than the current date.
