Hi All,

I have a query... In crystal reports.
ie; I have created a cross tab using Month name in row wise and employeename in column wise.

the report is running perfectly but

If i create a parameter for month range iam getting the order of month in Alphabetic order.\\\

for ex: If i give range from April to december. its showing only April, August and December.

plz give me some idea...

plz give the seps how to create areport.

with regards,

Mahesh

work-around...

create a formula (xMonth):
if month({tbl.datefield})<10 then
     "0"+totext(month({tbl.datefield}),0) + " "+monthname(month({tbl.datefield}))
else
   totext(month({tbl.datefield}),0) + " "+monthname(month({tbl.datefield}))

and put this formula as row in your crosstab.
so it will print as "01 January", "02 February", ..., "12 December".

hope it help.

in this case change the formula that I gave as:
if your_Month<10 then
     "0"+totext(your_Month,0) + " "+your_MonthName
else
   totext(your_Month,0) + " "+your_MonthName

and put this formula as row in your crosstab.
so it will print as "01 January", "02 February", ..., "12 December".

hope it help.
