In my Access table, I have Companyname, Inv_dt,
Amount. I want to create a report (may be cross tab report), showing line code as columns, and heading (jan, feb, mar, soon as clumns, amount for each in rows. This is similar to 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90-over format. Can some body help me please.

Clear Example.

.........                    Jan            Feb         Mar.................
Description          (Inv_Dt)     (Inv_Dt)   (Inv_Dt)

Companyname    Amount    Amount    Amount
Companyname    Amount    Amount    Amount
Companyname    Amount    Amount    Amount
Companyname    Amount    Amount    Amount
Companyname    Amount    Amount    Amount
Companyname    Amount    Amount    Amount
Companyname    Amount    Amount    Amount
Companyname    Amount    Amount    Amount
Companyname    Amount    Amount    Amount
Companyname    Amount    Amount    Amount

you need an aging report, if i'm not wrong.

in this case you'll need some formulas in your SQL (Stored Procedure) or in CR it self.
where these formulas is to identify for each months and for the date range (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, etc.).

what i've done is not using a crosstab.
i just use a sample reports.
e.g.:
GH1-Slsperson
GH2-Customer
Details- docnum, docdate, age0-30, age31-60, ..., totrecv
GF2-CustomerTot
GF1-SlspersonTot

hope it help.
