Hi,
I am building the reports using visual studio.net and crystal reports 2008, i am publishing the reports on server and all the users can access the reports, but i need to give security for revenue reports,particular user only have access to view the reports

Hi
*If you go to the reports server, login as Administrator and navigate to the folder where the report is located
*if you check on the top right you can assign rights to the folder or the report (objects) in the folder, depending on the requirement assign the rights accordingly for the report or the folder and select the users who can access the folder or report.
