	Hi there Thus is my frist time to use crystal report, and here i want get a report it has a total, but its not a numbersm its a status such as (open, close, cancelled, solved). in this report i want to find the numbers of the open and the other status. Thank you cheecoo

	Group on Status INsert a Summary (sigmna sign button) using the Primay Key Field set as a DistinctCount on group footer Suppress the details Or use a crosstab in the report header Columns none Rows as Satus Field Summarized Field as PrimayKey field from table Summarized as a DistinctCount
