I am trying to limit detail to display 50 rows in my report.I used below formula.

 

{#RecCount}/50 = int({#RecCount}/50).

 

But it is giving me only 44 number of record in each page.

 

Please help me out.I have not defined width or height of crystal veiwer.Its bestfitpage property is true.

 

Please let meknow how many number of record we can display in one page.

Create a formula (xxx):
 whileprintingrecords;
 global numbervar linenum;
 if linenum>=50 then 

     linenum:=1
 else
     linenum:=linenum+1

and put it in 'Detail' section and hide/surpress it.

 

Then:
Create a condition for 'Detail' section from Section Expert:
- Check for 'New Page After'
 whileprintingrecords;
 global numbervar linenum;
 linenum>=51

 

It work for my invoice.
