Hi Group,

I posted the following question on the SAP Business Objexcts Forum and i haven't get a complete answer on to do the following.

I have a crystal report (form). i have 2 parameters; Bill Number and Qty.
What i need to do is to create a list to print them all at once... i might have 2 or up 20 to print at once. Right now i am printing only one at a time.
How can i do that? How can i create a list of itmes to print?

The answer that i got was:
simply edit the parameter to Allow Multiple Values

After doing that, i tried to print and i get an error in a formula... i need to print the qty entered * the item qty. The qty entered needs to be a part of an array ... if i enterd 5 bill numbers with 5 qty's i need to be able to print:

bill 1 with qty[1]
bill 2 with qty[2]
bill 3 with qty[3]
etc....
Can anybody help me on how to do that????

Regards,
Manuel

just making sure that I get this straight...if 123 in bill number and 5 for quantity you want to see:
123
123
123
123
123

multiple paramaters...I am guessing that they will be held in 2 arrays  one for billID and one for quantity.  How to get the 'records' to print. Can you create tables?  The trick to create/access a table that was just a count or at worse duplicated for the number like:
1
2
2
3
3
3
4
4
4
4
then you select your billID from the table joining on the quantity paramter.

Hopefully this gives a path...I thought that solution presented was simple and effective...not quite sure how to apply the array to the table and get a match.

Hi Lockwelle,

i'd need to enter BillId:
123
456
789
246

and Qty:
2
3
10
22

Where the form will be printing:

BillID: 123  Qty: 2  First form
BillId: 456   Qty:3  Second form
BillId: 789   Qty: 10  Third form
BillId: 246   Qty: 22 Fourth form

I know i need  an array or a table as you mentioned, i just can't get to work.

Any ideas on what to do?

Regards,
Manuel
