I came across this program while trying to find something that would allow report runners to enter new values for parameters instead of just running the saved data. Works pretty well and the price for one instance is like $50. I haven't had any problems with the program yet. Very simple to use.

 

You can download a free version for 90 days. After that you have the option to purchase or continue to use the free program albeit an add-supported version.
