Here's  a sample table

Client, Visit Date, Status

A, 1/1/10, Transfer

A, 1/20/10, No (the most recent date for client A, but does't meet criteria)

B, 2/5/10, Yes

B, 2/15/10, No

B, 2/28/10, Transfer

C, 2/27/10, Transfer

 

The desired results;

 

Please help, i am all out of options, i have tried sorting the visit date then grouping but it doesn't work.

 

If I use the select expert to set the Status = "Transfer" it will give me clients A, B, C..its not what I want..
