Hi,
 
My subreport actually contains 6 pages but it repeats itself again and displays 12 pages.
 
I tried to use the suppress if duplicate records, but I don't see it anywhere in the subreport section.
 
Any help is appreciated.

First of all check if your tables are linked together in a proper way.
Database --> Database Expert --> Links
