	Is there a way to export directly to excel more than 65000 or some kind of workaround

	Not sure. Crystal Reports 2008 doesn't export to the latest 2007 version of Microsoft so the issue you are seeing is that Excel 2003 and earlier enforced a row limit of 65,536 rows. You could try exporting it as a txt or csv file and then importing it into Excel. It should work if the report is strictly tabular data.
