The help guide in the product can be quite useful.  There is also the sdn site which is great: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc/crystalreports.  You can also contact the channel hotline and they can provide lots of other online elearning options and partners.  Channel Hotline at 1 888 866 2366.

We have had training by George Peck (he has written several books).  He is quite good, but best for a group (price wise).
