Hi ,
 i have created one crsyral report in which i am using two dynamic parameters .i want to set default values for these two parameters.
help appreciated.

Edit the parameter and in the Value Options: section (bottom of window) there is a field 'Default Value'. Click inside the Setting field next to Default Value and type in the value you wish.

default option is available only in case of static parameter.in case of dynamic parameter it is not available.

Sorry, didn't process that part in the original post. I don't believe you can. Although, someone else may know a way.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this for dynamic parameters.
