Hi All,

I created a report that is a copy of our new membership form.  This report has two address fields, a Bill-To address and a Ship-To address.  But these two addresses reside on their own records.  So when the user enters a customer number, two records are retrieved, one record with the Shipping Address and another with the Billing Address.  When I move these addresses to the report, it creates two pages, one page with the Ship-To address field populated and the Bill-To field empty, then another page with the results reversed.

How can I keep the report to one page, and show both addresses on the same page of the report?

Thanks in advance for your time!

Something seems to be amiss here.  Are both of the fields in the same table?  Are the fields being put into the detail section of the report?

There are several reasons for items to show up on seperate pages, but normally you have to have the fields in seperate sections (i.e, groups).

Both fields are in the same table but on different records.  If a customer has multiple addresses, each address has it's own record.  Yes, both address fields are in the detail section.  Although this is a Crystal Report, it looks like a one page member application.  So I need to populate 2 sets of address information on the same page.
