CR XI Professional - My report only shows the first 255 characters in a description field, the remaining text is cut off. 
 
I am using an excel spreadsheet for my database (excel 2003)  I have a description column in excel.  Some of the excel cells have 300-400 characters other cells have 100 characters.  The smaller cells show all text in CR but the large cells are cut off at 255.   
 
How can I get CR to read all characters from the excel spreadsheet??

Is the "can grow" option turned on?

The Can Grow option is on the common tab of the format editor.

The settings are as follows:  Can Grow Checked  and Lines set to 0 unlimited.
