	I have 2 sub reports in detail section of the main report. They all have the same i/p parameter(date) and i have linked the i/p param of the main report with the sub report thro the change links of the sub-report command. The problem is once i run the report it prompts for the i/p again and again..... Does anyody have a solution to this problem thanks in advance

	Hey Siva21, i'm afraid there is somthing wrong with the linking then as that should work perfect as you discribe first you make the 2 parameter fields in the subreport called datestart / datestop (or what ever) then you richt click on your main report and select the sub report linking menu. On top there you select the subreport you want and you drag in your 2 main report parameter fields to the other side. you select the first parameter and then in the bottom you select the correct parameter of the sub report repeat for the other parameter this should do it Greets Adam

	Hi Adam, I did exactly the same thing . I linked the i/p param of the main rep with the sub-report. then i linked the main report's group field with the sub-reports field.even then i am getting the error

	Hey Siva, i think that's a error then somewhere, should be working flowless. Maybe check if there is a patch or somthing you didn't ran Also maybe try with some different fields first like a Database field you just put through to the sub report and put it in the details section so you see if it's a linking problem or somthing else Hope you get it working !!
