Using Crystal 10 with an Oracle DB.  New to Oracle DB's.  Want to pass parameters in my SQL Code but need the right format.  Thanks for the help.  David

There are two ways of doing parameters in Oracle - :param_name and &param_name.  I usually use the ':' version.

However, in Crystal (at least in XI and above, I'm not sure about 10) you don't actually do the parameters in the syntax of the database you're using.  You use Crystal syntax - {?param_name} and Crystal replaces the parameter reference with the actual value before it runs the SQL.
