I need a formula for the following format:

 

Field1(string)    Field2(num)       Field3(num)                required format: 

AAAAA                1,00                   1,00                      AAAAA-0001-0001

BBBBB                13,00                 59,00                    BBBBB-0013-0059

 

in the new field i add this 3 fields together but i get the following

result:  AAAAA-1,00-1,00

 

Field 2 and field 3 can be max 4 digits.(max 9999)

No broken numbers.

 

What kind of formula do i need for this?

I have such a formula in excel 2003 but crystal syntax is not accepting it.
