Angry
I have a renewal license report that will not display the the 2nd contact that has the same last name as the first contact that's displayed in the report.

For example:
Ralph G Carpenter renewal license card will display on the report
Kenneth D Carpenter renewal license card will not display on the report

The report consist of 3 renewal cards per page.

I have it grouped by LastName GH1 and the GH2 is grouped by ContactName.

I do have 4 formulas that are using global variables instead of Local Variables to display pertinent information per renewal card license holder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if you need more info plz don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks in adavnce

Likely becasue youa re gouping on the last name.
Try making this grouping a unique field with a formula.
If you have a PK field use it (like a person # or social security)
table.lname + "totext(table.uniqueIDfield)
or use the full name
table.lname + ", " + table.fname + " " + table.midname

Youc an suppress the header field and just use the lanme field for dispaly but use the unique fromula field for the grouping

Are you saying that i should check the box in the change group options: Use a Formula as Group Sort Order.  I'm not understanding clearly by making "this grouping a unique field with a formula."  Where do i go to make it unique

Make a formula field that is unique and then group on the formula field instead of the lname field.

Instead of grouping all of the "Carpenter" records at group level 1 it would only group all rows that had "Ralph G Carpenter".
