I need help.... My php code giving me this error on my server..

Im using Crystal Report 2008, php 5.2.5, Apache 2.2.8, mysql 5.0.51a on windows server 2003.. (the code run just fine with Crystal report XI but my server using 2008 version)

This code that give the error

$crapp = new COM("CrystalDesignRuntime.Application") or die ("Error on load");
$creport = $crapp->openreport("c:\\xampp\\htdocs\\test.rpt",1);
