How can I convert SQL Server Reporting Services Reports in to Crystal Reports?

they're similar, but you are basically going to rewrite them. While the basic 'logic' of how to create a report is the same, there is no simple way to convert that I am aware of.
 
If SSRS reports run off of stored procs, you can reuse those, but I think that is about it, the rest is rewriting and comparing the output to make sure that all the business rules in the reports match.
