How can I write a parameter to show a certain section of details. For ex. if user choose A section a will show, if they choose B, section b will show and so on...

Create a param with your various options (e.g. "Section A", "Section B", "Section C", etc.) and then conditionally suppress your detail sections in the Section Expert based on that param. value:
