i know that it should be quite trivial to build a Crystal report based on a SQL statement; i don't remember exactly how, nevertheless, Crystal version 8 provided a way for the developer to throw any ANSI SQL statement in a GUI and then pick the fields, groupings, etc. and build the actual report.

 

My question is: is this also possible to build a report based on an anonymous PL/SQL block?
