Using ProperCase causes data to look like this = Po box and Iii. How do you create data like =PO Box and III.

This requires a manual formula where you would use a SELECT statement to evaluate special words and format them as you think is best. For example:

Select {table.yourfield}
   Case "po":
      "PO"
   Case "ii":
      "II"
   Case "iii":
      "III";;

In crystal syntax?

Just use UCASE:

Examples
The following examples are applicable to both Basic and Crystal syntax:

UCase("Description")

Returns "DESCRIPTION".

UCase({customer.FIRST NAME})

Returns "RONALD", where {customer.FIRST NAME} contains "Ronald".

UCase("Ronald Black")

Returns "RONALD BLACK".

UCase("abc12345")

Returns "ABC12345".

UCase("BrEaD " + "AND " + "bUtTeR")

Returns "BREAD AND BUTTER".
