The Name, Course, Student Number are joined in First Group i display it in the group header along with the header of the Title: Subject, Unit and Remarks which i put in the right side of the report
and
for group#2 i put the subject, unit and remarks to be shown subject ...
my question is..
Can i put the Name, Course, Student Number in line with the group#1

right-click Group-header 1 and click Section Expert. Check Underlay Following Sections.
I believe that should get you what you want. Just make sure the Group 2 information is far enough over to the right so that it won't overlap the Group 1 information.
You will also want to put the Header information for Group 2 within the second group.
