	The "official" answer is that you can't. You have to have a named-user license to design reports, so it's not available through a web application. You might be able to use the old RDC component, but it has been deprecated and I don't think it's available with the latest version of Crystal. In any case, it doesn't have a .NET interface, but there is a COM interface available. -Dell

	Also, I found out over the weekend that there is a designer interface available for Java in Crystal Reports for Eclipse. -Dell
