Is there a way for Crystal Reports to always print a particular section of a report twice? Is there a formatting formula for this?
Thanks in advance for any help.

What section? You may just be able to recreate the section.

Yeah I guess I could, it would just be a little tedious to copy it all since the section has many objects in it. Was just wondering if there was a shortcut.

Make a section below the other section.

Right click on the section name and click on "select All section Objects"
Right click on the farthest left field and select copy
right click in an empty spot on new section and select paste.
You will see only one field appear. Match it to the exact spot of the field you used to copy from (furthest left field) as that becomes the anchor point to paste all of the objects.

That sounds good, but having some trouble with it. Once I select all section objects I can't then right click on an individual field.

Make sure you are in design mode not preview mode.
You can also use ctrl+c for copy and ctrl+v to paste.
It just gets tricky with those as you do not know what the anchor points are.

Sorry to bother you about this, but when I select all the objects and they are all highlighted when I right click on one it just says Multiple Selection: and there is no ability to copy.

Hmmm.
Not sure why.
try on a different section. Perhaps there is some field on that section that is preventing the copy function.

Yeah it does let me copy another section, there must be something blocking it. Oh well. Thanks for your help.

Certain fields cannot be copied. Can't remember exactly what right now but I have had that happen to me before.
You can do groups of some fields at once one time or all of them except the one field that is not allowing.
ctrl + right click selects multiple sections
