Is it possible to add an extra column to a cross tab in a main report with 0.00 values for the summary and the column title being the as a shared column title from a cross tab in a subreport?

for ex.
subreport is
A, B, C, D, total
1,1,1,1,4
2,2,2,2,2,8

main report
A,B,C,D,Total
3,3,3,0,9
4,4,4,0,16

In the above example column D does not appear, but it needs to be the same header as column D in the subreport with zero values.
