hello,

im wondering if someone can explain something to be about subreports and the different links between tables.

how do i run a report to include everything from another table through a link rather than just getting a one to one link?

because im not sure how the links actually work, i end up created a subreport to pull everything, but then when i export it to excel the fields are all out of place.

it also takes forever to export.

thanks

The links for a subreport are just the criteria for the subreport.  As for exporting to excel and the alignment, Crystal messes up on that, it shouldn't but it does.  If you can, set the column width to fixed and make the size fairly small, you end up with zillions of cells, but everything aligns.
