Two rows of headers
sometimes Hdr Row 1 spans two columns

   -       MATERIAL    LABOR
JOB      Est    Act    Est   Act


is there anyway to make this work in a Data only Export to Excel?

never used 9, but I don't think so.  If you can set values on the export to Excel, then you might be able set a fix cell size and if you play long enough you can find a value that works....that is what you need to do in CR XI...you would think that Crystal would know that the it is all one piece of data and place it in a just one cell...but no, it doesn't.

If you can use a CrossTab to show your data, then it will export cleanly.  I've not found any other way to have labels like that export in the same format as the report.
