	I have probably an elementary question, but I'm not great at formulas so here goes. I have a stiring, lets call it {field.str}. This string holds a numeric value of 10 characters. The actual data for the field will look something like '0000003401' or '0000351093'. I need a formula to evaluate the string and remove the leading zeros. That's it. Thanks in advance.

	val({field.str}) converts the value to a number...no leading zeros. if you need it as a string again: totext(val({field.str}, 0,"") HTH
