This is the interface i want to display:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Enter Facility:

Enter ItemNoFrom:

Enter ItemNoTo:

Enter Status:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(a) For Enter Facility, Enter ItemNoFrom, Enter ItemNoTo i already done.
(b) Now what i still don't know how to do is the Enter Status part.
      For the Enter Status part, i want to let user choose either user want
      the "Match" record or "Not Match" record.
      i want the formula something around like this:
      if {?Status} ="1" then (
                               {table1.status}={?Status} and
                               {table2.status}={?Status} and
                                {table3.status}={?Status} )
      else
                        {table1.status}<>{?Status} and
                        {table2.status}<>{?Status} and
                        {table3.status}<>{?Status} )
      But like this formula is have error, so i not sure how to do the "Not
      Match" part formula.
(c) Because after i done this crystal report, i need to put into vb.net to
     become a part report for my application.

Thanks for your help.Tongue

Result Example for -> Enter Status:

if user enter like this, Enter Status: 1
then the result will shown as below;
p/s: This is like each record is "Match"

School name_A  | School name_B | School name_C
SMK                    | SMK                  |SMK <-------match record display
KDU                    | KDU                  | KDU
SMK                    | SMK                  | SMK

if user enter like this, Enter Status: 2
then the result will shown as below;
p/s: This is like each record is "Not Match"

School name_A | School name_B | School name_C
SMK                   | KDU                  |SMK<-----------record display not match
KDU                   | KDU                  | SMK
SMK                   | SMK                  | KDU

the else is not needed, unless you want to make sure that they don't match.  Actually the else should be:

else
 true

The filter either 'keeps' the record (true) or discards it (false).  So if you want all records regardless of match, just return true.  Your else will ONLY show the non-matching records, which may be your intent.

This is the example i done before,

my interface will let user choose either user want to display the record by entry date or transaction date. my way to do is like below:

First, will add new at parameter field as "Date"

Second, write a formula at Formula Field as
if{?Date} = '1' then
{stock transaction.EntryDate}
else
{stock transaction.TransactionDate}

Third, at Report -> Selection Formula -> Record

Then, wen user key in '1' the date will show in entry date else will show by transaction date.

Now, i try to use this way to do, but when at else part i don't know how to continue already.

with your interface, how do you know when to match or not?  It was your request to allow the user to select match or not.  Crystal doesn't can't read minds...it only does what it is told.
