Hi All

I want to know how to merge Cell in Crystal Report. Please see the bellow

Item	Style	QTY
A	ST1	500
A	ST2	500
A	ST3	500

But i want like this..

Item	Style	QTY
A	ST1	500
	ST2
	ST3

Is it possible?

Right-click on the field and select "Format...". Turn on "Suppress if Duplicated".

Thanks for Reply. I already did it . "Suppress if Duplicated" option show once as my requirement .but line is not surpress. how can i suppress line also?

result of "Suppress if Duplicated"

Will there always be the same number of Style records for each item? If not then there's no way to do this. If so, then you could try this:

1. Group on Item.

2. Make the Item group header section tall enough to match the height of all of the details sections you expect to have.

3. Place the Item field in the correct column in the Item group header and in the middle of the height of the section.

4. In the Section Expert, turn on "Underlay Following" for the Item group header.
