Hi All,

I am new to Crystal Reports. Could anyone please tell me what the below function 'RT'.What would be the difference if we use 'Sum and 'FetchSum'

RT("blgt","FetchSum",{BILLED_AMT},"");

RT("blgt","Sum",{BILLED_AMT},"");

I have never seen that function.
This looks like you are taking it from inside an existing formula. If so and there is more to that formula ff you post the rest of the formula someone may be able to decipher.

Yes this is from an existing report.

These are the only 2 lines of code in 2 different formula fields.

I researched a bit more on this.
This has something to do with running totals. This is listed as a function under 'u25total.dll' in additional functions

what version of crystal are you using?
When i did a search on that dll it referenced some pretty early versions of crystal?
