i am creating a crystal report from a excel database.

the report header and footer section consists of static text which i have put in a text boxes.

the detail section is retrieving records (e.g. 100 records) from the excel database. since i am printing this on a letter head...

i need to leave space for the company logo...then print the report header...print enough records leaving about 5 row spaces at the bottom for the letterhead address at the bottom

when i go to the next page...it shud leave space for the company logo and print the remaining records till the bottom of the page leaving 5 rows for the company address.

watever is left of the retrieved records shud b printed finallly and leaving little space the footer section static text should come.
