Hi All,
I am trying to create a Crystal Report which contains a subreport.
details
Inventory table -1 ( consists of all items )
Unposted Invoices - 2
Posted Invoices - 3.
The report i want is
Item Number : Posted Invoices(sales) Unposted Invoices(sales) . I have grouped the sales invoice by itemnumber and that is linked with the subreport also. But i loose the unposted sales invoice for items not present in posted invoices table.

depends on how the reports are linked. sounds like you want 2 subreports that link back to the item number from the main, that way both reports always run. That would be the easiest...if your posted items are driving your unposted items, it's not going to work.

thanks lockwelle, but thats the problem as u said. i found another method i made a view and joined the two tables , so i have everything in 1 , i can use it easily.
